We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person to answer all our customers inquiries by phone, voice mail and email! We are a very fast paced company and everyone wears many hats here. Our customers are NUMBER ONE and we need a person who is ready to put them first.

Responsibilities will be predominantly phone and email based, however, on a day to day basis you would also be working with our Customers who come in to shop! This means you will need to pull their clothes for them, get them whatever they need and check them out when they are done! Having an eye for fashion is a huge help and the ability to learn our customers and what they are looking for. You will need a firm knowledge of our products (SFC Collection and our other Vendors) to be successful and may be needed for a variety of special projects while still tending to your primary responsibilities. The ability to use basic computer programs is necessary, you will be trained on our CRM system and will be working closely with management to transition to a new system in the coming months. This position is going to require a go getter with a positive attitude and a passion for learning new things. Proven writing skills and phone skills are mandatory. We have passionate customers and you will need to be able to think on your feet, problem solve and work with all our departments to keep them happy.
